Letters of Conduct

LETTERS OF GOOD CONDUCT

1.  Applicant must fill out application
2. Cost of Letter is $10.00 (cash or money order)
3. Letter will be completed in three (3) business days

APPLICANT MUST ALSO PRESENT THE FOLLOWING

**COPIES **

1. Social Security Card
2. U.S. Passport or Resident Alien Card
3. Proof of where they currently reside

The above is required.  There will not be any exception.

CARTA DE BUENA CONDUCTA

1. Aplicante debe llenar la aplicacion
2. Costo por la carta son $10.00 (dinero efectivo o giro postal)
3. Carta estara lista en tres (3) dias habiles

APLICANTE DEBE TAMBIEN PRESENTAR LO SIGUIENTE

                                        **COPIAS**

1. Tarjeta de Social Security
2. Passaporte de los Estados Unidos “O” tarjeta de extranjero residente
3. Prueba de domicilio presente

Todos estos documentos son requeridos.  No habran excepciones de ninguna clase.
